
• 1 Sweet potato: Boiled and mashed
• 2 tbsp Rice flour
• Pinch Salt
• Pinch Cumin powder
• 1 tsp Oil: For shallow frying
1. Mix mashed sweet potato with rice flour, salt and cumin.
2. Shape into small flat tikkis.
3. Shallow fry on low heat until golden on both sides.
4. Cool slightly and serve.
💡 Tip: Keep tikkis small and soft inside. Rice flour gives a crisp edge without deep frying.
