
• 1 cup Boiled noodles
• 1 cup Julienned vegetables: Capsicum, carrot, cabbage
• 1 tbsp Oil
• 1 tsp Soy sauce: Low sodium
• Pinch Salt and pepper
1. Heat oil on high and stir-fry vegetables for 3 minutes, keeping them crunchy.
2. Add boiled noodles and toss.
3. Add soy sauce, salt and pepper; toss for 2 minutes.
4. Serve hot.
