
• 2 Potatoes: Boiled and mashed
• ½ cup Mixed vegetables: Boiled and mashed
• ¼ cup Breadcrumbs
• Pinch Salt, pepper, garam masala
• 2 tbsp Oil: For shallow frying
1. Mix mashed potato and vegetables with seasoning.
2. Shape into patties and coat in breadcrumbs.
3. Shallow fry on medium heat until golden and crisp.
4. Drain and serve with ketchup.
