
• 3 Potatoes: Boiled and mashed
• ½ cup Mixed vegetables: Boiled
• ¼ cup Breadcrumbs
• 4 Whole wheat rotis
• Pinch Salt, pepper, garam masala
• 2 tbsp Oil
1. Mix mashed potato, vegetables, breadcrumbs and seasoning.
2. Shape into logs and shallow fry until golden.
3. Place a cutlet in each roti with a little chutney.
4. Roll tightly and wrap in foil.
5. Cool slightly so they firm up.
6. Pack the foil wraps upright in a box.
💡 Tip: Foil wrapping keeps the wraps intact and slightly warm for a few hours, ideal for a long road trip.
