
• ½ cup Broken wheat (daliya)
• ¼ cup Mixed vegetables: Chopped
• 1.5 cups Water
• 1 tsp Ghee
• Pinch Salt and turmeric
1. Heat ghee and sauté vegetables for 2 minutes.
2. Add daliya and roast for 2 minutes.
3. Add water, salt and turmeric; pressure cook for 3 whistles.
4. Mash lightly and serve warm.
💡 Tip: Daliya makes a comforting dinner. Add a spoon of curd on the side for protein and probiotics.
