Vegetable Dosa

A crisp-soft fermented crepe with a thin layer of vegetables; light and protein-rich.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Dosa batter

• ¼ cup Grated vegetables

• Pinch Salt

• 1 tsp Oil: For cooking

Recipe:

1. Mix grated vegetables and salt into the batter.

2. Pour onto a hot pan and spread thin.

3. Drizzle a little oil and cook until golden and crisp at the edges.

4. Fold and cut into strips for serving.

💡 Tip: Make smaller dosas for toddlers and serve with a mild coconut chutney or curd.
