
• 1 cup Dosa batter
• ¼ cup Grated vegetables
• Pinch Salt
• 1 tsp Oil: For cooking
1. Mix grated vegetables and salt into the batter.
2. Pour onto a hot pan and spread thin.
3. Drizzle a little oil and cook until golden and crisp at the edges.
4. Fold and cut into strips for serving.
