
• 1 pack Instant noodles
• ½ cup Mixed vegetables: Chopped
• 1 Egg: Optional
• 1.5 cups Water
• Half the seasoning sachet
1. Boil vegetables in water for 3 minutes.
2. Add noodles and only half the seasoning to reduce salt.
3. Crack in an egg and stir until cooked.
4. Simmer until the noodles are soft; serve hot.
💡 Tip: Using half the seasoning and adding vegetables and egg makes a quick favourite far more nourishing.
