
• 1 cup Basmati rice: Soaked 20 min
• 1 cup Mixed vegetables: Diced
• 2 cups Water
• 1 tsp Ghee
• 2 Cloves and 1 small bay leaf
• Pinch Salt
1. Heat ghee, add whole spices and sauté vegetables for 3 minutes.
2. Add drained rice and stir gently for 1 minute.
3. Add water and salt; pressure cook for 2 whistles.
4. Rest 5 minutes, fluff and remove whole spices before serving.
💡 Tip: Remove whole spices before serving to toddlers. Pair with cool raita for balance.
