Watermelon Feta Cubes

Juicy chilled watermelon paired with soft cheese; a no-cook, hydrating bite that is sweet, salty and refreshing.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Watermelon: Deseeded and cubed

• ¼ cup Paneer or mild feta: Cubed small

• Few Mint leaves: Torn

• Few drops Lemon: Optional

Recipe:

1. Chill the watermelon cubes in the fridge.

2. Cube the paneer or mild feta small.

3. Toss gently with torn mint and a few drops of lemon.

4. Serve immediately while cold.

💡 Tip: Keep the watermelon well chilled and assemble just before serving so the cubes stay firm and juicy.
