Watermelon Mint Slush

An icy, hydrating slush of pure watermelon and mint; almost all water, naturally sweet and deeply cooling.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Watermelon: Deseeded and cubed

• Few Mint leaves

• Few drops Lemon

• ½ cup Ice cubes

Recipe:

1. Add watermelon, mint and lemon to a blender.

2. Blend with ice to a slushy consistency.

3. Pour into a glass.

4. Serve immediately while icy.

💡 Tip: Watermelon is over ninety percent water, making this one of the best natural coolers; serve fresh before the ice melts.
